Warranty
All warranty claims must include our warranty claim form and a Return Authority Number.
New Disc Brake Calipers – 5 year production and material defects only.
- Remanufactured Disc Brake Calipers – 5 year production and material defects only.
- Remanufactured Master cylinders, wheel cylinders, slave cylinders – 12 months warranty**
- Remanufactured Booster – 12 months warranty*
- New Brake Boosters and brake hydraulics – 12 months warranty
*Hydraulic boosters that have been performance tested before despatch using Dot 4 brake fluid and with this clearly stated on the invoice will be void of
warranty if not fitted, bled & the system sealed to avoid moisture ingress.
**We do not offer warranty on components that have been previously sleeved and been in service. We will to the best of our ability & knowledge check them
for serviceability.
New Parts
- 30 Day (from date of invoice) Return Policy – No penalty applies.
- Return freight is the responsibility of the returner.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Request for credit document that has the original invoice number and the reason for returning.
- Repackaging – A $10.00 + GST repackaging fee applies to any goods returned within 30 days that require repackaging.
- Goods under $10.00 excl GST – No credit provided
- 30 to 60 days Returns (from date of invoice)– A $15.00 + GST handling fee applies; a further $10.00 + GST fee applies where the goods require repackaging.
- Buy-Ins and Built to Order/Non stocked items with this marked on invoice are non-returnable.
- Fitted or Used items – Will not be accepted as returns
Core Deposits
- All cores must be returned within 30 days of invoice date with a Request for Credit document referencing the original invoice number.
- Partswise reserve the right to reject any cores returned after 30 days.
- Booster cores must be O.E/Genuine (we do not accept aftermarket core) complete, assembled and suitable for rebuilding.
- Boosters with broken valve bodies will incur a penalty charge of up to $120.00 + GST charged at our discretion.
- Calipers with broken bleed screws, damaged sealing surfaces & excessive wear may incur a penalty charged at our discretion.
