- How do you deliver my order?
We predominantly use TNT to deliver your order. You will see at checkout we give you a price on Overnight Express or Road Express.
- Do you dispatch same day?
Yes, we do. Orders placed before 3pm AEST will be dispatched same day.
- Can I use my own freight company?
Yes you can specify your own freight company at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If I select Overnight Express does this mean my parcel is guaranteed to arrive next day.
Unfortunately once your parcel leaves us it is in the hands of the freight company. TNT Overnight Express is overnight in many cases but to be sure allow 2 days.
- How do I track my order?
Login to the website and go to My Account to track your parcel.

- Do you sell direct to the public?
Partswise are Wholesale and Trade suppliers to the Automotive Aftermarket. We do not sell direct to the public. Registered ABN holders who are involved in the Automotive Industry can register for approval for an account.
- Why don’t we sell to the public?
Working on brake systems in automotive vehicles requires skill and training. We only sell to wholesalers and mechanics to help maintain the quality of workmanship from the automotive industry.
