Welcome to the first edition of our toolbox series. In this episode, we’ll learn how to login to our new website as an existing customer, register as a new customer or reset your password.

New Website – Logging in

Resetting your Password

First navigate to the Login/Register button in the top right hand corner of the screen. If you’re an existing customer of the old website, we require you to reset your password. Do this by clicking ‘Forgot Password?’. Enter your Email Address, then click ‘Reset Password’. You will receive an email from us with a link provided to set a new password.

Click “Login/Register”

Click “Forgot Password” to reset your Password.

Registering

If you’re new here, you’ll need to register to gain access to our websites features such as vehicle registration or VIN lookup. Follow the same process as before but this time, click on register, and fill in your details. Click register now. Check your emails inbox and follow the link provided to set a new password. Keep in mind, this only provides access to our website’s features, allowing you to preform vehicle registration or vin lookups and search our product range. To place orders, you will need to apply for a business account.

In summary, phenolic pistons can be useful in certain applications but repairers need to be aware that they can be very problematic as vehicles get older. It’s also worth noting that phenolic and steel pistons have different retraction rates. This means both calipers need to be rebuilt.
